FAQs

Q. Are you insured? Yes, we can provide a certificate of coverage upon request.

Q. Can I keep the moonwalk all weekend? Yes, if you choose to pick it up for the weekend.

Q. When do I need to reserve?
We highly recommend you secure a reservation 1-2 weeks before your event, however we often can accommodate events with a 1-2 day advance notice. For extremely popular items, at least a month ahead is usually necessary.

Q. Can I reserve for a same day event?Usually no. We must have advance notice and a deposit is required for all reservations. In some circumstances, we can accommodate a Friday request for a Saturday customer pickup. If the event is a week day event, please call or text.

Q. Is my payment refundable?

No, all payments are non-refundable. In the event of a rainy day, you have the option to cancel your reservation the day before and we may offer a one-time courtesy credit of your deposit towards a future rental within one year. Other restrictions may apply.

Q. What if it rains on the date I choose?
If you call, email, or text to cancel the day before, we may offer a one-time courtesy credit towards another rental good for 1 full year that is transferable and subject to availability. No refunds. This is because we could have still rented to indoor or tented parties.

Q. Do you setup at parks?
No, but we do recommend our customer pickup option where you or someone you know may come to our office to get the unit and then return it.

Q. What will I need if I pick up and set up at a park?
You will need to check to park for power and ask if the power can run the bounce house. Some parks require notice and/or a reservation to use their power. Additionally they may regulate or restrict the flow. We highly recommend renting a generator to be on the safe side.

Q. Can the inflatable be setup on asphalt or gravel?
We do not setup on gravel, but with advance notice can accommodate setup on asphalt. However, the most ideal place is on the lawn in a level spot.

Q. How far can the unit be setup from the outlet?
Approximately 25 feet. Please let us know in advance if you need to rent an extension cord. The maximum distance total will be approximately 75 feet. Anything longer can short out the equipment.

Q. Can I use water on a DRY SLIDE?
No, dry slides do not have a pool area for the water slide landing.

Q. How are the moonwalks powered?
At least one blower is supplied with the unit. The blower will need to be plugged into your power outlet or a generator to operate. If using an outlet, please plug only one blower per circuit. Other items should not be plugged to the same outlet or circuit.
Blowers for inflatable devices will work with standard household outlets, which typically generate 110 volts of power. This is generally less than the power required by other household appliances, such as a refrigerator or tv. Note: We do not supply power sources.

Q. Does the rental come with a generator?
No, but you can rent generators from Home Depot or Lowe's.

Q. What if my circuit breaker trips?
We will leave your moonwalk & blower in your setup location where you can simply plug and start once your power situation is solved. However, we strongly suggest you rent a generator if two or more electrical items are used for your event to eliminate the use of your power especially for older facilities. Unfortunately we do specialize in such building electrical matters, but you may also try to run your power from different areas of your facility.

Q. How long does it take to setup?
Approximately 10-15 minutes per unit. Please have a your area cleared, the power source, extension cords, and/or water hose ready.
